Frequently Asked Questions

Hallie Optimist Club was founded in 1985. It started as a small group of individuals who were passionate about helping children succeed in our community. Over the years, we have donated funds to the Hallie Ball Field, Irvine Park, families of children with cancer, many school programs, non profits, and supported local students with scholarships.

We meet every Thursday at Mom's Kitchen  at 7 am, except for the 2nd week of the month we meet at Lake Hallie Golf Club at 5 pm. However, we also organize events and activities outside of our regular meetings.

Anyone who shares our values and is interested in helping children succeed can join Hallie Optimist Club. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and ages.
